THIS IS A MEMBER ONLY CLASS. Those opting for the Online version, once we receive your registration and payment you will be assigned the class. Your employee will have 30 days to complete the class. All information MUST be included on the registration form in order to be registered for class. Payment must be received before the class is assigned.

Your employee will need a PERC LMS acocunt, if they don't already have one. Class can be assigned as early as May 1, and there is no deadline as to when we stop offering it online.
